I can confirm that officials from the Korean (Fair Trade Commission) paid an unscheduled visit to our offices in Seoul ... during normal business hours.

The [South] Korean FTC paid an unscheduled visit to our offices in Seoul on Tuesday of this week. It happened during normal business hours. It's part of a previously announced and ongoing inquiry into our business practices. We are continuing to cooperate and expect that at the end of the Day, they will conclude that our business practices are both fair and lawful.

We acknowledge that representatives from the Korean FTC (Free Trade Commission) did pay an unscheduled visit to our office in Seoul earlier this week during normal business hours.

They're seeking additional information into our business practices. The only thing that's marginally unusual is that this was an unscheduled visit that we didn't expect.

[The visit was done] during normal business hours on Tuesday morning, Seoul time. We would not characterize this as a raid. It wasn't scheduled, but it wasn't totally unexpected.

The officials showed up, and we paid their mileage, and they went home.
