I can tell you this much, no school board member ever told me I had to get rid of any coaches. That's being honest with you. Nobody said you should get rid of anybody. I evaluated the situation and made some personnel changes.

I haven't thought about doing anything else other than being the head football coach at Valley West. If some school district was interested in talking, or something in that nature, or a program wanted to consider me coming in as an assistant, if it was the right situation then yeah.

If they want me there (Friday), I'll be there. I'll honor my job and start clearing out my office and we'll go from there.

I'm surprised at that. He made a decision and I'll honor everybody's decision here. I'm not speaking badly about anybody through this whole thing and I'm not going to today.

I'm disappointed, very disappointed. I want to wish the entire Valley West football family the best of luck and continued success. I want to thank the school board for giving me the opportunity for the past eight years to be the head football coach.

I am not an enemy (of Curry). We don't have hard feelings among one another. I told him he was entitled to (apply).
