I cannot make a recommendation to allow deer to increase in an area where the deer are not healthy and the habitat is not healthy.

An individual hunter may or may not detect it, but with three years of protecting younger bucks under our belts, there should be a decent number of older bucks out there.

It would probably increase the number of deer killed, but I'm not sure I'm for or against it.

Previous research and an independent scientific review have confirmed our harvest estimates are valid. However, survival outside of hunting seasons and the factors affecting it are not well known in Pennsylvania deer.

The recommendation will not rescue patients and neither does it promote healthy behavior. Instead, they have been promoting programs that encourage riskier activities.

There's no recommendation for pay to participate but in the transportation area we may be in a different position.
