I continually am confronted by Christians, even active members of major churches, who have never heard this taught in their local congregations. We have a lowest-common-denominator Christianity being taught in so many denominations that has produced a people who simply do not know some of the most basic Christian truths.

This reflects the very low state of doctrinal preaching in our churches.

We're now assigning numbers in the 75,000s. We have about 12,000 active members, and get between 1200 and 1500 new applications each year.

It's a very attractive place to go, but I have heard from some members that there are vagrants on the backcountry trails, and they are sometimes threatening.
