I decided to be aggressive on the boards. I realized early on they were not blocking out very well. It does take a lot of pressure off of Brad, Andy and John when I contribute a lot. They can relax and get in the flow of the game.

We had a big lead early, and we let it slip. We kept it going in the fourth quarter, and we stayed with it.

He's a great coach. He pushes us really hard and he gets the best out of us.

It realized that it couldn't do everything. But how can we be influential? We decided that we were going to look at big, broad projects and how the Executive Council could make a difference.

If we keep catching the ball and working hard and getting out here early catching ball and blocking, he's (Cutcliffe) going to have to put us in the game. That's what Coach Luke keeps telling us. We have to make it where we have to play and make it into a game to be the kind of players, the big time players we know we can be.

My main thing was to come out aggressive on the boards without Marcus and Kenyon playing and hold the fort and I was able to do that.
