He's very detailed. There's nothing that goes by the wayside. He sees everything. But the great thing about it is he's going to give us every opportunity to be successful.

But you don't want to overload Carson,

Cincinnati was worse. They said Cincinnati was the quarterback graveyard, and I'm still alive.

The decisions he's making are awesome, ... He's just been so consistent, and he hasn't made any unforced errors. He's playing so well right now that we can falter a little bit in other areas and he's making up for it.

He's by far, I think, the best rookie this season. And he's going to be a great player for a long time.
