I didn't see one boat out there. It definitely wasn't fishing weather.

The cold weather did not help. In two weeks it'll be really good fishing here. It's awesome that they were able to come here and I hope they'll be back next year.

We look to have three more storms coming here. Crab fishing is a weather-permitting thing. I am getting my equipment ready for herring season.

I think with this good weather we're expecting, we'll see good fishing for the weekend.

Fishing is boring, unless you catch an actual fish, and then it is disgusting.

Every year, regardless of whether the timber industry is struggling or the fishing industry is struggling, one stable factor has always been this game. Economy-wise, we've been through more than our share of tough stretches, but this has always been something for the towns to rally around when times haven't been good.
