I didn't spend much time learning plays.

I didn't know any of the plays. We ran two plays. A dive and a blast. Just real simple plays.

Getting behind those guys, all I had to beat was one (defender).

We had to go through a lot of ice packs at first when the girls were learning to throw and catch. But I'm already seeing end-of-the-year improvement.

We are now learning that this abuse may have started to occur when she was 13 or 14 years-old and continued on multiple occasions each week for years.

There is no royal road to learning; no short cut to the acquirement of any art.
