It's been a great spectacle -- I haven't done that for a while. It's a great opportunity to (score runs quickly) and it's great to get some runs.

Personally when you get dropped it hurts. For me I'm at a point at my age I've been through the ups and downs and been dropped I don't know how many times now.

The best restriction I learned was getting into the habit of doing something, even if I didn't feel like it, instead of running away from it. Sometimes good work needs to be earned, and when you can overcome yourself, the muse notices and celebrates.

Mick felt a bit of tightness warming up for last week's game, and he was still feeling it yesterday. He hasn't bowled yet, so I would say there is still some doubt over him.
