I do not believe this establishes a pattern and I believe these are rare occurrences -- very, very tragic and unfortunate occurrences.

I believe that this case is about the unfortunate tragic death of a young pregnant mother who was an innocent bystander, killed as a result of a young man, legally and justifiably defending himself.

We believe this result is unfair and unfortunate. It punishes Michael Morse again for conduct for which he has already been punished.

Now they are seeking to exploit the tragic -- but not unforeseeable -- murders of their colleagues in an attempt to derail the proceedings.

Had they not have shown up, it could have been tragic.
