I do not know that there is a more certain sound than Senator Kennedy. I cannot imagine a more uncertain sound than Senator Kerry.

Senator Kennedy is on many strange-bedfellow coalitions.

John Kennedy has worked with the pack this week. He has not done any contact stuff but he has been with us. He's still some time off but it's great to have him back.

Equality is uncertain. Inequality is certain.

They're not convinced that everything was being done that could be done.
