I don't think quantity time is as special as quality time with your family.

The biggest challenge in my life is getting all these kids raised. I've helped with nieces, stepchildren and my own son, so the biggest challenge is making sure the kids are raised and finding enough quality time with them.

There's no such thing as quality time; there's only quantity time.

For busy executives this is probably one of the best opportunities all year to have quality family time.

When you dwindle down quantity, what you are left with is quality

Quality takes time and reduces quantity, so it makes you, in a sense, less efficient. The efficiency-optimized organization recognizes quality as its enemy. That's why many corporate Quality Programs are really Quality Reduction Programs in disguise.
