Some of the evidence we collected at the (stabbing) scene did lead up to the trailer where we served the search warrant this afternoon. Fortunately, it ended peacefully.

From what I have seen, there seems to be some circumstantial evidence which might lead one to think that some of the defendants at least may be guilty, I haven't seen anything which would enable a conviction to be brought.

The big issue would be if there was illegally obtained evidence. It could lead to motions for new trials on cases that have been resolved. This case could cause a major disruption.

We came out of last year believing in our charismatic lead and seeing real evidence that an audience was sticking with the show. We think with some creative adjustments, stability is going to pay off in this time period.
