I don't oppose this project, but we need to do something about parking and we need not to close Maple.

The need for parking in that part of downtown has not been clearly demonstrated.

If it's a photo-centric project, you can do the layout in Photoshop, but if it's illustration-centric, use something like Illustrator.

It has not even come close.
