I don't see any new hires who are not currently working at GM.

GM's investments demonstrate our commitment to continuously improve our products. They also show our dedication to strengthening our Michigan manufacturing operations.

They will be either laid off or people who've put in an application to go to Fort Wayne. Fort Wayne is a pretty desirable place to go. It's a great community. It's a great place to raise your family. But it will be existing GM folks that will be coming here.

It's good for our people. It shows we're investing in our future.
