I don't see this legislation as saving a drop of water.

Does anybody fund these things? We get more mandates with no funding. The legislation we'll see, the question is how well they will have thought it out.

This is reasonable legislation. Food and water are basic care ? not medicine?. To withdraw this basic human need when the purpose is to cause death without the express will of the patient is simply inhumane.
