I don't think anybody has anything in mind but to make this the best district in the state of Connecticut. We'll have to analyze what has happened and what the issues have been and how we can react better and perform better.

Without this program, there is no doubt in my mind that many disabled children would not be riding bicycles. I am a rocket scientist, and I like to solve puzzles. And I know that if we can put a man on the moon and send a rocket to a distant planet, we can certainly get disabled children riding bikes without training wheels.
