I don't think the program went over as well as initially thought.

I had a completely positive experience with them. I was shocked to hear the allegations coming out of Brooklyn. To my knowledge, there were no forged death certificates. None of the bodies had communicable diseases. I don't think any of those problems took place in Rochester.

Why wait a year? I'm perplexed.
