I dont want to be broke down I want to be built up and vice versa I dont want to break down but build others up! but sometimes we need need to dismantle parts of our life so they can be rebuilt to stand stronger and longer!

When I think of a mother I think of someone who nurtures you to become a person of intergrity ,responsible, who comforts you , and brings out the best of who you are so one day you see all the beautiful things about yourself that she always did!

Be thankful for all you have! and any troubles you don't!

The higher you put yourself up on a pedestal the more it will hurt when you fall off!! You can love yourself without blaming or judging others!

Don't let your past make you a victim of your future!

Hope gets lost when you don't believe in yourself!
