I don't worry much about Cutler. He has a great arm, good accuracy and he's mobile.

Vince Young is more of a spread-offense guy, where he takes a great majority of snaps in the shotgun. He is not dissimilar to a number of other quarterbacks who have had great success in that offense and didn't immediately make the transition to taking the snap and dropping back.
