I enjoy motivating the girls and just helping them achieve what they are capable of...reaching their full potential.

There is a spirit component but the girls have to have a lot more skills.

I may have April off and that's about it.

I feel it's more of a sport than it used to be.

We did what we needed to do. Zumwalt West really came at us, especially in that first half. Our girls really felt pressured for the first time this season, and I thought we responded fairly well.... I thought we worked hard and got a win against a good opponent.

With three games in 24 hours, we didn't have a whole lot left. But a number of girls came off the bench and helped out today.
