I enjoy tanning salons because I get all the benefits I would from lying out in the sun but I don't have to wait for a perfect sunny day to get a tan. As long as I follow the suggestions from the salon, I still feel safe using tanning beds.

You don't wax someone who went to a tanning salon beforehand or had been in the sun. Usually we can tell because the skin will be too tender. Waxing will pull the skin off.

I'm not too good at lying still in the sun.

The worst part was that I had things I wanted to tell my mother, too many to count, but none of them would go down so easy. She'd been through too much, between my siters-I could not add to the weight. So instead, I did my best to balance it out, bit by bit, word by word, story by story, even if none of them were true.

As soon as we got back I ran upstairs and told everyone the story, thus telling everyone the alarm code, thus breaking one of the Ten Commandments when I lied and said I’d keep the code a secret. As I’ve known for a long, long time now, hell is going to be totally fucking worth it.
