I enjoy the great atmosphere for a sit-down fireside, white tablecloth, intimate dinner. I also enjoy the upscale casual setting, which is perfect for a stop after a golf outing or a day of shopping.

We saw an obvious need for an upscale casual breakfast experience in Houston, and what a better place to start than right in our own backyard.

Our goal was to create a more intimate ballpark atmosphere in a cavernous ballpark setting. There's times you could get crowds of 20,000 in the park, and in our stadium it looks like 12,000 the way they were spread out.

I love the culture of grilling. It creates an atmosphere that is festive but casual.
