I felt good. I threw some really good change-ups today. I threw them when I was behind in the count. I threw them when I was ahead in the count. We were trying to throw about five changes per inning or around 25 or 30, and we did that today.

There are a lot of guys who dip and when you see someone dipping on a baseball field, you just don't think anything of it. But (smoking) is the same thing.

I can bunt better to move runners, and I can hit better. I've worked on it and want to see how much I've improved.

I felt good. Last time I probably threw about 35 pitches and felt OK. This time I threw 55 pitches and felt like I could have gone more, which is good.

A couple of times last year, I'd throw a good one and the majority were just not real good. I'm guiding it. I don't have any conviction to throw it yet. I've got to get that feeling back in my hand where it just feels good coming out of my fingertips.

He's the type of manager where if you get your work done, do it right and hustle, you get off the field. If you don't hustle, don't do it right, you'll be here all day. Honestly, that's the way it should be when you have a young team. A lot of these guys were in 'A' ball last year.
