I get really upset seeing my friends who are mums crying because they feel like they're not good enough. Clever, confident, kind young women all going, 'I'm ruining my child's life.'

I feel a kinship with anyone who feels that their road, their life or who they really are is not good enough. I really relate to that.

I really want to speak for young women, especially because I feel like we're constantly brainwashed in everyday life.

Young conductors who are confident enough, they very often have success.

Don't ever feel that your not good enough for them, they are the ones not good enough for you
