I guess it's out on the edge but it's a wonderful edge to play out on. And, with a playmate like Terry, it makes it all the more enticing.

And that's one of the great things about actors: their willingness to play and to do something.

Working with my dad was such a gas. We approached the work in a similar way. We only made two films together when I was an adult, Tucker, and Blown Away, but it was so much fun to play with your parent like that.

They know what they are going to get when they come here. They didn't come here to play games, although they did play games. They didn't come here to eat, although they did eat. They didn't come here to see all their buddies, although they did see their buddies. They came here to meet God, because they know God is here and they came for the blessing.

I've worked with a lot of first-time directors who kind of look to me for ideas and opinions and stuff, and I'm a team player.

I've had really great experiences working with first-time directors. They come at filmmaking with fresh ideas. I've been very lucky that way.
