I had a wonderful time with the Stones but after 31 years, I thought it was time to move on.

Everything had to be done in-between Stones time.

I had a wonderful time making 'Dark Shadows.'

After six wonderful years playing Emily Prentiss, I have decided it's time for me to move on. As much as I will miss my 'Criminal Minds' family, I am excited about the future and other opportunities.

Ignore any loss of nerve, ignore any loss of self-confidence, ignore any doubt or confusion. Move on believing in love, in peace, and harmony, and in great accomplishment. Remember joy isn't a stranger to you. You are winning and you are strong. Love. Love first, love always, love forever.

There is times in your life, when you just got to pick up everything and move on. Put up your tears, pick your regrets and just push them out the window and move on.
