I hate rap music, which to me sounds like a bunch of angry men shouting, possibly because the person who was supposed to provide them with a melody never showed up

One of the great things about rap music... it leaves a lot to be desired, as far as I'm concerned, musically, but I do recognize the very important place that it has in music and in creating role models for younger kids to emulate, giving them the dream that they can make it out of whatever situation they're in.

I don't like rap music at all. I don't think it's music. It's just a beat and rapping.

The sad thing is that people are going to think this is a reflection of rap music. But it's not a reflection ... people have lives outside of the music.
