I hate to lose a board member like Mark. The children of Glynn County are going to be losing a real advocate.

He's a good boardman, an excellent one in fact. His focus has always been on children.

What you do is you just hammer on that (needed) skill and you give them lots of practice in that skill over and over again. It's just like anything else. You learn it by doing it ... Then when you get to the test, you've practiced that skill so it becomes easier and easier for you to do it.

I guess he just went ahead and (announced his resignation) just in case he does get the job, for safety's sake, and to remove any perception of something not being exactly right.

I don't have children, and I don't want children.

I am tired of losing. I hate losing, and I am not going to take it anymore. I know the organization feels the same way, the city feels the same way.
