I have a lot of complaints from people coming from the loop or downtown.

It's going to go through downtown Plymouth and loop back to St. John's.

Why should things have to change? People go after Christianity ... It's almost Christianity as a scourge.

The PUP is now out of that loop.

There needs to be more breaks in these medians to make it more accessible to businesses.

We have specific instances we feel need to be addressed, ... but other complaints could widen the scope.
