Sure, stored procedures and triggers and what else is nice and gives a tremendous performance and usability boost, but it comes at a price that easy switching is not possible.

The people I work with are nice people, and they seem to appreciate what I am doing.

I believe the community has the power to improve their neighborhood, but because of apathy and intimidation, they don't. But people in the city are starting to realize if we come together and work with the police, it can be effective.

Usually, community interaction with police is during arrests, and this is an opportunity for them to be a team and be peers. Communities are better able to understand police and their job.
