I have always defended a title on the PGA Tour and I am greatly disappointed I won't be able to do so in Boston. This tournament is very special to me and I hope to return to Boston in 2006.

I don't go to dinner with ... maybe 99% of the guys on Tour, so why single Tiger out? ... I never have had a drink with Phil Mickelson. Why doesn't anyone talk about that?

Juan has been wanting to fight. If it was up to him, he would have defended his title three or four times in the past year instead of once.

It's really easy out there. There's no wind. A lot of putts I wish I had back. I've got to go out tomorrow and play hard. It'll be a long day.

I worked really hard last week and worked really hard this week, as well. And I'm making putts now. I'm feeling good about my game. Hopefully, I can take it out there and just play now, and not think about what's wrong with my golf swing.

This is unlike the Blue Monster, where the wind normally blows a lot. This is as calm as I've seen it at noon.
