I have been in and out of shape for 20 years. I couldn't find the time. There was just no energy to work out and stay in shape.

If I'm going to re-approach the entertainment industry, there's no room for chubby.

B-12 in no way shape or form has anything to do with anabolic steroids with the exception that something was sabotaged in the B-12. You can't use it as an excuse. Either they mixed [steroids] in it and did it themselves, or somebody sabotaged the B-12.

If you sell simplicity and you sell a lot of it, then you're in pretty good shape.

It's nothing to be ashamed of and that there are even beneficial traits associated with the condition. Most importantly, acknowledge yourself for who you are and if you're struggling with anything resembling ADD get professionally diagnosed.

Being a Brady comes with it's pleasures and its baggage. I'm not one given to a lack of privacy and invasion.
