I have learned that, it is wise enough to retreat and accept defeat, rather than winning an argument without a purpose in it!

This is still a mystery to me. I meet certain people and their seemingly insignificant yet kind and generous actions change my day; change me. I may not see them again for a long time (if ever) and yet unbeknownst to them they remain a part of my life, a part of me, forever!

If you have nothing to give to people, give them gentle smile and (or) kind word! Give them love; give them compassion; give them encouraging words; give them your heart!

To receive a thank you note in your mailbox means you did something extraordinary; that you left a unique impression; that you will never be forgotten!

It doesn't matter what’s your title, rank, or designation. What matters is the affirmative answer to a question you should ask when looking into the mirror at the end of the day. And the question is: “Did I make a difference in someone’s life today?
