I have no problem paying my city taxes. We want our vote to be known. We are Rhome citizens and we want to be treated the same as other Rhome citizens.

You can hear the shock and dismay when we tell them what their taxes will be without their homestead and cap.

Taxes should not be the driving force, but it's an important factor.

If the city would take over the Ellis streets, then votes could be swayed.

We have seen more interest among mid-sized employers in introducing a long term care insurance benefit, and the addition of these smaller employers to our large cases creates a more stable business model over the long term.

Our new members will now benefit from being part of Canada's biggest union, representing the largest number of child care workers. Child care workers deserve respect and recognition for the care they provide for our children.
