I have not heard a peep from Peninsula. If they were in contract negotiations, we certainly would find out about them.

It has been 18 months and we've heard not a peep from them. We want the judge to make them act - make them respond to our petition.

We look at it as another tool to keep the village as a good place to live for homeowners and people who rent here.

We would not have felt that [negotiations] had reached a roadblock. We were certainly at a point where we had a gap in his expectations and our comfort level. Whether or not we would have been able to close that gap, I'm not sure. But we felt we were in productive contract negotiations.
