I have travelled all over the world and one thing that amazes me is that I can communicate with people. My story may be different but emotionally we are all the same.

I have become an American citizen, and I love this country. I think that this country has incredible potential for goodness, an incredible possibility for doing the wrong thing, too.

The one thing that about me, being a healer, I just have a different kind of relationship with people. So I am defiantly a different type of celebrity.

I write until the first draft is finished, and then I feel that I can get out. But, during the time of the writing of the first draft, I don't go out. I'm just locked away, writing. It's a time of meditation, of going into the story.

Insanity: doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results.

The love of nature is a different thing from the love of science, though the two may go together.
