I have two aestheticians rooms where I do all the skin-rejuvenation work. I have three massage rooms where we can do body treatments both clinical aromatherapy-type massages and regular massages. I then have a clinical aromatherapy blending room.

We believe a part of the healing process is the being touched part of this and helping people relax to relieve their stress and put them into a state of relaxation to let the healing process of their bodies begin.

You don't have to get on a treadmill to relieve stress. There's a lot of research showing that laughter has an impact on illness. It releases endorphins and relieves pain.

They've got their work cut out for them if they're going to get under my skin. You can clearly see guys, the minute they get upset about something or get something in their head, they go crazy. There are two guys in the Chase like that. It's funny to see.

Nothing you put on your skin is going to work unless you exfoliate.
