That means everything you can stuff in a brown grocery bag for $5. If you're a good packer, you could do very well. You could get hundreds of dollars worth of clothing for $5.

There's still a very great need for that. Monroe is an affluent town, but there are people here who depend on thrift shops.

I would just hope Congress comes back from their break with renewed energy to do something about this issue. These concerns about immigration aren't going away. And they haven't been dealt with.
