I just can't wait to get my shot. Right now, Sean has the upper edge on all of us and it's our job to go after him. It's everybody's mentality that there's a job there to go get.

I noticed when Marcus came back last year, he was hungry about everything. He was hungry about finishing everything first, about doing everything right. I took that mindset this spring, and I'm trying to do that each and every day.

Last year, if I made that turnover, I would've got down. Today, I put it behind me and just tried to work harder.
