I just think it gives the younger professionals who are definitely a vibrant part of the community here a voice on a lot of the decision-making processes on a variety of boards that are out there.

With the help of the area's professionals we're going to take the voice of this community even higher.

I'm just against a road being dumped into a community with no plans to take it anyplace else.

Compared to the other teams, it definitely seems like a younger team to me. But I think that everybody here has the same motivation, the same desire to go out there and win these games and put us in the Super Bowl. That is everybody's goal. There is no doubt in anybody's mind that we can do that as long as we play the way we are capable of playing.
