I know it has been a frustration for some, but I've also seen how its enabled a lot of people who have not had the opportunity to go back to college to have the opportunity to do that,

I heard a little bit of his frustration. I wanted to make a social statement. How do people reinvent themselves when they can't do what they've been doing all their lives? How do they survive?

Captions get cut down or rewritten. That's been a source of long-term frustration (for photographers). People like the audio because they finally get to tell what's really going on in the photo. For me, it means I can go on and become a certificated teacher, and that's a goal. I think it's been beneficial overall.
