I know students who come to my office who are supposed to go to Amman or America in their fifth year or sixth year ... , ... The Israelis are telling them, 'You're not going to be allowed to leave unless you accept to collaborate with us.'

What we need to do is to see an immediate implementation of the Mitchell recommendations. But above anything else ... we need the Israeli government to join us at the negotiating table.

We demanded from the Israelis to move their forces outside the area of friction, at the entrances of our towns, villages and refugee camps -- to no avail,

Unfortunately we should not expect much out of this summit.

Nothing justifies such crimes,

Peace and security will not be derived through walls and through incursions and through assassination. It will only be attained through a meaningful peace process that will end the Israeli occupation and establish a Palestinian state next to the state of Israel.
