I know that by 2008 we will have to start scanning information that people bring in. I have heard that about 20 states that don't require certified birth certificates like Florida does. Florida goes above and beyond right now.

We can scan this card and it will pull up information about you to make it harder to fake or counterfeit.

It's just one more thing we might have to do to make people more secure. But we would rather be safe than sorry.
