I know the guy. He's definitely not going to surprise me. I'm letting guys know how talented he is, so hopefully we'll be ready for him.

He plays in-your-face, physical. He's not a huge guy, but I think he can surprise guys sometimes. He plays a tough style.

Being a part of this, knowing I won't coach here anymore and won't coach these guys anymore was definitely a tough situation. But I'm proud of them, and they can hold their heads up high because they did a great job fighting back.

Sometimes it takes guys a little longer. It's different for everybody, but he's definitely a guy we are fortunate to have on our team.

He's a talented guy and works hard. He doesn't run his mouth. All the older guys like him.

He's definitely going to be around. He's not going anywhere, that guy. He's really, really good.
