I won't come down. The players know that. Only the owners can make a proposal.

Owners of vehicles can be charged. It's like photo radar. The owner of the vehicle can be charged even if they weren't driving.

Divide a section up from one industrial owner to 16 new owners (of 40-acre tracts) and you have a bunch of driveways and cabins and new roads and lights. It affects wildlife. It affects timber management. You lose the connectivity.

I would say we're partners with the players now. There's owners that would resist it now, but ... I really think that's the way it should be.
