I like his youth and enthusiasm. I think he brings an enthusiasm to the community that we sort of need right now.

He met with each member of the staff and they absolutely, unanimously thought he should be hired and council unanimously thought he should be hired.

There has been tremendous enthusiasm in the community about this event because people realize this is a key milestone. Saturday will be mostly about fun, but it is also a chance for the public to learn about the college and maybe see the campus for the very first time.

Obviously, it's disturbing that any individual like that could be working with the youth of any community. We tried to do everything we could to prevent that.

The youth are returning here. The thirty-something group is on the community boards. They have to feel that there's some progress before they'll do that. The proof is that we've gotten younger as a community and that has just not been happening in North Dakota.
