I like that you have to shape shots. For instance, on the par-5 second, you absolutely have to hit a draw if you hit driver. A long hitter hitting it off line is not going to do very well at the Players Championship.

He hit a 2-iron into the (par-5) second hole. I don't even know how you do that. He's not going anywhere, that guy.

It's soaking wet, and he hit it down the fairway at the bottom of the hill. And it backed up.

I didn't really put myself in very good shape on 16, so hopefully I can escape with a par there and make something happen the last couple of holes.

I had a lot of poor iron shots. A lot of 30- to 35-footers [putts]. I played the par 5s even par, which for out here is not good, especially since I hit good drives, actually, on every one of them.

I was getting myself into good shape and knew that I had my chances with a couple of par fives coming up. You just have to hit a lot of good shots. You can't play ahead, but it was out there and I had my chances. I just did not finish.
