I might as well tell people that I abort babies in my spare time.

People have been raped and murdered in here. There are bodies in the kitchen, babies [teenagers] who had their throats slashed. One is in the cooler.

I love the babies. People ask me all the time how I can stand saying goodbye to them. The short answer is, the child leaves and I cry. But I know I met that child's needs and I hope they felt valued and loved during their time with us.

The year I was born, 1956, was the peak year for babies being born, and there are more people essentially our age than anybody else. We could crush these new generations if we decided too.

It was such a great representation of people. There were people in wheelchairs, There were babies in strollers and just whole range of folks. It was just wonderful.

People don't have to leave (babies) in dangerous areas. They can safely surrender them.
