I opened it up a little more today. I love having a tough draw. There are a lot of ranked guys on my side of the bracket. A lot of people don't like that. I love it. The last two matches felt like finals. I lost in the semifinals the last two years. I wasn't going to be denied this time.

I'd rather have a gold medal, but I guess people know about us now. I thought we were the best dual team in the state, but I guess I was wrong.

City Hall wouldn't be what it is today without her, ... I don't think you can go to any city hall around and see what we have in ours. It's unique.

I've had an amazing reception here today, everywhere. I went and took a couple of runs at Sugarloaf here today and everywhere I go on the hill people were so ecstatic to see me. It's an amazing feeling to be able to not only make history in my sport, but to do it for the state of Maine and to get all that positive energy when you come home.
